WEBINAR SERIES

Where to Invest, People or Productivity

Session 5: Where to Invest, People or Productivity

Date: Thursday, July 17, 2025 (12pm-1pm Est)

The labor market for manufacturers continues to be difficult and there’s no end in sight.

That’s why manufacturers are focusing on bottom-line improvements to gain a competitive advantage and exceed customer expectations.

Why only invest in human capital when productivity improvements will change the requirements?

Investments in productivity will reduce the demands for people and change the roles.
But where do you invest first for the highest returns and long-term gains?

In this webinar, we’ll cover:
* How to determine which existing and new systems will yield the best results
* Which continuous improvement programs are essential
* Have we optimized our adoption of Lean and Six-Sigma
* MRPs, ERP and supply chain management: Is it time for a change and what do we need to consider before adopting new programs
* Training, especially for front-line supervision

We don’t have the time or resources to do everything.

Learn what you need to consider before investing in people or productivity.
